Dance Chic personally knows the organizers of the festivals that are featured on this ezine.

Once we recieve all details pertaining to the festival we put it up on our shopping cart. Payment for any of the event passes can be made through credit card.

Before you make payment please make sure you are registered on Dance Chic and all your personal details are complete and up-to-date. Please ensure your name is the same as the name in your passport. If you are purchasing event passes for your friends, we will be contact you to get the details of your friends, such as: name (as in Passport), email address, mobile number and mailing address.

Upon payment, an invoice will be generated which you should print as a temporary receipt. At the same time, Dance Chic will also recieve a notification. Once we check and ensure that the transaction is successful, we will issue you an e-invoice, a copy of which will be also sent to the organizers of the respective event. Each e-invoice is unique by virtue of its e-invoice number which is tied to the transaction. Details about the festival will be also mentioned in the e-invoice. Please print out the e-invoice and bring it along with you to the event.

Once you arrive at the event, you can then exchange the e-invoice for the appropriate festival pass.
